Starting from 2024, we have been in technical communication with American clients, and until the project restart in the first quarter of this year, we have been actively cooperating with clients' requirements, turning the impossible into the possible, and trying our best to meet their technical needs.
From online meetings to offline debugging, our understanding with the customer has been getting better and better, and we received recognition from the customer when the first batch of goods was completed.
During this period, we also answered each question raised by the customer one by one.
In terms of cabinet type, we have chosen KYN28-24 as the product for this project.
The customer requires 13.8kV, and our product can meet the customer's specifications 100%.
In order to ensure smooth sea transportation of goods, we use stainless steel screws and have implemented three-layer packaging.
The first layer is wrapped film, the second layer is vacuum treated with tin foil, and the third layer is rainproof cloth.
At the same time, due to the large size of the goods, we called a crane to lift the KYN28 cabinets with channel steel onto the frame box and open top cabinet.
